SPELL AND THE GYPSY COLLECTIVE LOVE

For those of you who have known me for a bit, you might have noticed by now, I am a big fan of Spell and the Gypsy! I love their kimonos, their jewelry, and pretty much anything they make! The girls behind Spell and the Gypsy Collective live in Australia. They are so creative and show a style that’s so fitting to their eclectic designs, that you can’t help but be intrigued by the fringe, the patterns, and the layers and layers of accessories.
Since I bought my first Spell shirt, I have become a huge fan, and now Spell is pretty much taking over my closet!  I wanted to share my love for Spell this week with the release of the Spell “Folk Town Tees”. Every collection they design is like an extension of my wanderlust. Their patterns bring to life the ultimate bohemian chic with perfect colors and cuts. For some reason, their clothes are always flattering and so unique.
It’s no wonder they’ve been finding such success with their beautiful brand. Collaborations with other creative women has been the ‘superfood’ behind their label from day one. I personally love their collaboration with gorgeous Sydney based designer/stylist/blogger, Sheree Commerford of Captain & the Gypsy Kid. Another inspiring Aussie enterpreneur!
Spell is for sale online at the most famous gypsy websites : Free PeopleSoleil Blue, and Lyst, only to name a few. I have always bought my Spell pieces on their original website. The pictures on their website/blog make me dream of white beaches, palm trees, open air concerts, and family picnics. They have such a nonchalant, free spirited feel. I would highly recommend signing up for their newsletter. The sales are irresistible!
Here are a few pictures of my personal Spell moments…

Spell makes me dream about moments like this. Not a worry in the world playing on the rocks of Maui.

On a family vacation in Florida, wearing the Spell Santorini Romper.

This romper is finished beautifully with blue embroidery and an off the shoulder neckline.

Spell moments on the beaches of the South of France

The Spell Fleetwood dress has those wide bell-sleeves and isn’t too tight or too short. I wear it barefoot on the beach, or at night with chunky boots.

My ultimate gypsy friend, Marie, was rocking the Xanadu dress in the cobblestone streets of St.Tropez. It’s definitely a statement dress. I love how she paired it with a big vintage turquoise necklace.

These lightweight Spell Kimonos are effortless and are perfect for our camping trip. It can be worn as a cover-up, or with denim cut-offs, a vintage tee, and some boots.

The Spell Paradiso Onesie is a statement piece with its open back and wide legs.

I love the vibe and the movement of the Spell Savannah T-back dress. I wear mine with flip-flops or barefoot during the day, and sandals and a leather jacket for dinner.

Wearing the Sunset Road maxi dress on Huntington Beach. I love to combine it with my Ilena Frye cowboy boots and a J.Crew denim jacket.

Cheers to the sisters behind the label, doing what they love and inspiring so many!
Those Aussies sure know how to do boho fashion.
Have an amazing Thursday!
